Project: Kiosk Banners

Experience: Moderate

Personal Process: The Executive Director of the Arts Festival approached me to make banners for a Sponsor Reception at the end of May. I started out making two banners, Kiosk 1 & Kiosk 2. They took a long time, a good amount of time was spent resizing the images to be appropriate for printing. Once they were printed they looked great. Minus one small instance where a photo was pixelated. After the event the Director came up to me again and asked me to make two more. I looked at him stunned and hoped he was kidding. He wasn’t. I dived back in making two more banners while in the midst of a mound of other work to be done before the Festival. Somehow I cranked them out and they turned out great. The banners feature every artist at the Festival as well as some photos of the event last year.
